Job Summary
As a Floor Maintenance Specialist at Elderwoods, you will be responsible for performing routine floor care including scrubbing, extracting, refinishing and buffing of floor surface while maintaining cleanliness and standard safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintains all floors, strips and refinishes various floor types and surfaces
- Operates equipment such as extractors and buffers
- Ensures entrance ways are clean and well-maintained
- Completes assignments timely and maintains equipment in good working condition

Requirements
- Requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 18 years of age due to equipment operation

Benefits
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
