Job Description

**Position:** Studio Manager

**About Us:**

BODY20 Frisco is a leading boutique fitness studio seeking a top-tier leader to oversee daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development. As an integral part of our leadership team, the Studio Manager will deliver brand consistency and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee studio operations and profitability
  • Lead the pre-sale process and associated events
  • Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics, including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
  • Host weekly staff meetings and 1-on-1 monthly meetings with Sales Associates and Coaches
  • Ensure front desk procedures are followed, including Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries, Past Due Account Procedures, and Customer Care calls
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
  • Responsible for ensuring the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
  • Must be a Body20 Influencer and lead by example
  • Must be a valued resource for employees and have working knowledge of Body20 systems
  • Spend a minimum of 40+ hours in studio weekly, including one full weekend day

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
