Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering projects to ensure client satisfaction
  • Complete planning, design, and construction administration of utility infrastructure projects
  • Deliver fiscally responsive, operationally efficient solutions by working with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • 10+ years experience with design and construction administration of water utility and wastewater utility infrastructure projects in a consulting environment
  • Strong technical background and experience in water resource engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan project resources, maintain schedules, and stay within budget
