Primary Care Physician

As a Primary Care Physician with Altais Health Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in the Riverside clinic. You will work closely with our clinical team and support staff to provide comprehensive first contact and continuing care, addressing diverse health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage moderate to complex cases independently, adhering to evidence-based medicine principles.
- Collaborate with our clinical team and support staff to provide direct patient care guided by evidence-based practices and organizational policies.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring they receive appropriate, cost-effective care by coordinating necessary healthcare services.
- Facilitate effective communication, empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree and successful completion of residency in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using electronic medical records, with Epic experience strongly preferred.
- An active California medical license, National Provider Identifier (NPI), and Drug and Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, all in good standing.
- Experience providing evidence-based and value-based medicine, serving as a patient health advocate.
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
