We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our new shopping center in Bad Sobernheim. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty
• Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
