Job Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is provided.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Officer (CNO) to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
