ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the mission, vision, and core values of DirectEmployers. Adheres to compliance programs and follows all regulatory and organizational policies.


Functions as a key member of the healthcare team, providing safe and effective patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Participates in the planning and assessment of patient care. Responsible for documenting and reporting any unusual incidents or concerns to the supervisor. Promotes and maintains a safe and clean working environment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Responsible for delivering exceptional service to all customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Care:
Provide direct care for assigned patients.

Execute all technical aspects of patient care as prescribed. Administer and monitor treatments according to the established care plan or as directed by the supervisor.

Document treatment parameters and relevant patient information accurately.

Report any significant changes in patient condition or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Assist in educating patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans.

Respond to emergency situations as required.

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct thorough reviews of patient conditions before, during, and after treatment.

Initiate basic life support measures in emergencies and respond to critical situations.


Technical Skills:
Safely operate all healthcare-related equipment according to established protocols.

Provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Ensure a clean and sanitary environment in the treatment area.

Address any safety concerns immediately according to established policies.

Team Collaboration:
Participate in scheduled team meetings.

Contribute to patient care planning discussions.

Stay informed about current practices and techniques through ongoing education.

Serve as a resource for colleagues. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Compensation Information:
