Position Overview:
- Draft and evaluate Estate Planning documents to guarantee the protection and efficient transfer of clients' assets.
- Prepare and scrutinize entity formation documents for various business structures, including LLCs, Corporations (both for-profit and non-profit), and LPs.
- Draft, assess, and negotiate contracts that align with clients' legal and business requirements.
- Act as general counsel for business owners, offering strategic insights and legal advice on diverse matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and provide strategic guidance to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Active bar admission with the capability to practice law.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, emphasizing estate planning and business transactions.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal administrative functions, including document management and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
