Position Overview:
The Senior Family Medicine Physician is accountable for delivering comprehensive medical care and direct patient services, which encompass diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic interventions within healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical treatment, including prescribing medications, administering therapies, and offering vaccinations to manage and avert health issues.
- Conduct, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and medical records to accurately assess patient conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures, test outcomes, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Employment Conditions:
- Candidates may be subject to a probationary period.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications:
- A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction is essential.
- Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical experience post-medical degree is necessary.

Additional Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine is preferred, with a commitment to obtain certification within a specified timeframe if not already certified.
- Candidates must maintain clinical privileges and comply with all licensure requirements throughout their employment.
