Position Overview:

  • Manage and operate grinding machinery to guarantee peak efficiency and output.
  • Examine and confirm the dimensions of completed components utilizing precision measurement instruments.
  • Fabricate parts in accordance with technical drawings, sketches, and engineering guidelines.
  • Modify machine settings to maintain dimensions within designated tolerances.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery as required.
  • Oversee machine operations and implement adjustments to avert damage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Follow stringent safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ID/OD grinding, hobbing, or comparable processes.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and engineering documents.
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools and equipment upkeep.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality workmanship.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and capacity to address equipment challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
