About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst II to join our team at ePlus Technology, inc. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting and tracking problems to ensure efficient resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and software to provide expert support
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications a plus
  • Three years of IT-related experience, with a strong background in technical support and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant software, hardware, and call tracking applications; ServiceNow experience a plus

ePlus Technology, inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $21.63 to $31.25 hourly, plus commissions and discretionary bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, financial, and paid time off benefits, as well as 401(k) eligibility.
