Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Space Systems team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the systems and processes that will enable us to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop industrial systems and processes to support space operations
  • Conduct time studies and work sampling to optimize production efficiency
  • Develop and implement facility layouts to improve workflow and productivity
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with facility layout planning and design
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with time studies and work sampling
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation
