Special Education Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team at Engadine Consolidated Schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a supportive learning environment for students with special needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach special education classes to students in grades 7-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to provide inclusive learning experiences
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student progress and success
Requirements:
  • Michigan teaching certification in special education
  • Endorsements in multiple subject areas (K-12) a plus
  • Experience working with students with special needs
