Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, tracking vital signs
  • Conduct intakes of residents, documenting health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer and verify medications properly
  • Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Support medical staff with orientation and training
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as an LPN or similar role
