Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Specialist to join our team at Installed Building Products. As a Foundation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and protection of building foundations from water damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and inspect caulk in joints to ensure soundness and proper joint size.
• Provide preventative maintenance on joints requiring it, and install backer rod to ensure proper joint depth and eliminate three-sided adhesion.
• Use compatible materials to 'dam' ends, penetrations, and holes when applying self-leveling products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is helpful.
• Experience in the waterproofing industry is helpful.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to perform job functions while wearing a respirator.
