Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician II to join our team. The successful candidate will work within our values and clinical philosophy, providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, and coordination of therapeutic activities and educational programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of children and families
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues in the implementation of Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs)
  • Lead problem-solving interactions and work with external customers
  • Maintain audit-ready charts and conduct independent audits
  • Participate in Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and project implementation
Requirements
  • Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Work or a closely related field
  • Three (3) years of supervised clinical experience with children
  • California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D. required
  • BBS registration required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four (4) to five (5) years of clinical experience with children
  • Experience with Wraparound plans and development of ICFPs
  • Crisis management experience preferred
