We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an EMT student. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in emergency medical services and develop the skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls in a calm and efficient manner.
• Administer Basic Life Support to patients at the scene, en route to the hospital, and in a pre-hospital setting.
• Assess the nature and extent of injury or illness to establish and prioritize medical procedures.
• Treat patients at the scene, en route to the hospital, and in a pre-hospital setting in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards.
• Communicate effectively with professional medical personnel and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further treatment and/or to arrange reception of patients to the appropriate center.
• Complete patient care forms, insurance forms, evaluation forms, and all other forms in a competent and timely fashion.
