Key Duties:
  • Champion an exceptional customer service culture, focusing on relationship-building and understanding client financial needs.

  • Drive sales performance through effective leadership, recognition programs, and support for team members' professional growth.
  • Engage actively with the community to cultivate essential business relationships and promote the bank's presence.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all banking products, services, and compliance regulations, ensuring the team is well-informed.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to security, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for the branch.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members, utilizing performance management tools.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or banking role focused on sales and team development.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in navigating various computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while exercising independent judgment.
  • Self-driven with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
  • Knowledge of compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting, where the employee will engage in typical office activities without exposure to hazardous conditions.


Physical Demands:

Employees in this role may be required to perform tasks such as speaking, hearing, standing, or sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds.
