  • Drive sales performance through effective leadership, recognition programs, and support for team members' professional growth.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all banking products, services, and compliance regulations, ensuring the team is well-informed.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to security, risk management, and regulatory standards.

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members, utilizing performance management tools.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or banking role focused on sales and team development.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in navigating various computer systems and applications.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting, where the employee will engage in typical office activities without exposure to hazardous conditions.


Physical Demands:
