- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value clients, facilitating referrals to appropriate bank services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership, recognition programs, and support for team members' professional growth.
- Engage actively with the community to cultivate essential business relationships and promote the bank's presence.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all banking products, services, and compliance regulations, ensuring the team is well-informed.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to security, risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for the branch.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members, utilizing performance management tools.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or banking role focused on sales and team development.

- Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in navigating various computer systems and applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while exercising independent judgment.
- Self-driven with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
- Knowledge of compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting, where the employee will engage in typical office activities without exposure to hazardous conditions.
Physical Demands:
