  • Expertise in process engineering, including enhancement, optimization, and scaling.
  • A proven track record in scaling product and process engineering, along with equipment sizing and validation.
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable production techniques, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
  • Experience with hazardous and industrial waste management, wastewater treatment, and chemical production processes.
  • Proficient in biological filtration systems and project management.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations at local, state, and national levels.
  • Strong capabilities in technical writing, organization, and communication.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives in process engineering, including feasibility assessments and corrective design solutions.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Oversee the successful scaling of products through pilot and manufacturing stages.
  • Ensure product quality, equipment sizing, and process design integrity.
  • Implement process control systems for real-time monitoring of production.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients on environmental waste management and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of design packages, including engineering calculations and specifications.

  • Identify sources of contamination, conduct site assessments, and perform audits.
