Job Title: Guest Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at The Edwin Chattanooga. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Office team and ensuring excellent guest service.
  • Manage the first impressions of our guests and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Focus on promoting internal growth programs and continuously exemplify our company culture.
  • Meet and exceed company goals and metrics, including guest satisfaction and room occupancy.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in the better operation of the hotel and service to guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven advanced knowledge and skills related to guest services, PMS systems, and basic supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively in writing, by telephone, and in person.
  • Organized, honest, and able to work well with others, maintaining a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person.
  • High degree of integrity and humility, living by the Golden Rule.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch, and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Good eyesight enabling vision both near and far, and ability to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours.
  • Clear, understandable voice, and ability to hear at a basic level and understand English.
