Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager - Technology at Mindlance, you will be responsible for initiating the development process, documenting project scope, and product vision. You will prioritize user stories, set feature level priorities, and conduct demos and walkthroughs. Additionally, you will hold yourself and Business Analysts accountable for writing stories/tasks that meet the Definition of Ready. You will drive alignment of peer Product teams and coordinate with/understand Stakeholder priorities to act as the voice of the customer. You will create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog, perform/user acceptance testing to identify and remedy defects, and approve final testing results. You will have relevant business expertise and sufficient technology literacy.

Requirements:

10-15 years of overall experience and minimum 3-5 years of recent Product Owner experience. Prior technical background, working as IT Business Analyst or functional analyst is preferred. Banking background is a must, and preferably Risk management which includes Credit Risk, Consumer Oversight, Retail Risk, Market Risk, Regulatory reporting like CCAR, CECL, FDIC, FRY-9C.
