Position Overview
As a 3rd Grade Educator, you will collaborate with fellow teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and guide students through our dynamic core curriculum. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, documenting, and assessing student progress, maintaining open communication with school leadership and parents regarding student matters, and conducting parent-teacher conferences. You will also represent Action Day Schools at various events and participate in staff training sessions.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 3-5 years of teaching experience.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A current Teaching Credential (preferred).
- A Master's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).

- A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
