Job Title: Clinical Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Clinical Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing individualized nutrition care plans and education to patients in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the nutritional status of patients and develop personalized nutrition care plans
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on diet modification and nutrition-related topics
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in medical records
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Current license with the State of Iowa for Dietetic Practice
  • Completion of a Coordinated Undergraduate Program, Internship Program, or other qualifying experience approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA)
