Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Esthetics Department and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results-driven treatments.

• Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department, including training and coaching of Estheticians and Sales Associates
• Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Spa Management
• Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Participate in offered training programs, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth

• Strong retail and sales upgrade record
• Experienced Esthetician with previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
• Previous training experience preferred
