About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a home care setting, providing essential one-on-one care and helping individuals achieve their maximum level of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Review patient records and establish measurable goals to move patients towards their maximum level of abilities.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
