Job Overview

This is a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year, working on-site with students, staff, and parents.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing positive behavior interventions
  • Collaborating with students, staff, and parents to implement behavior plans
  • Providing behavioral support and guidance to students and staff

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
