Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, shelves, and displays.
  • Sales and Upselling: Meet or exceed sales goals by recommending products to customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle customer transactions, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling process.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and supportive team environment, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming outdoor space, including trash removal, window washing, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
