## Responsibilities

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in our electronic medical record system
* Utilize your expertise to provide effective treatment combinations and evaluate patient progress
* Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and reporting inquiries
* Comply with federal and state occupational therapy regulations

## Qualifications

* Valid state license
* Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success

* Ability to provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines
* Maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met

## Education

* Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
* Graduate/Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

## Experience

* Not required but considered
* Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (per state requirements), current and in good standing

* Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year depending upon experience
