We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Instructor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of special education.
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Design, execute, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with unique learning requirements.
- Deliver direct educational support to students in both individual and small group formats.
- Modify curriculum and instructional methods to accommodate the varied needs of learners.
- Work collaboratively with general education faculty to adapt lesson plans, resources, and assessments.
- Track and evaluate student progress, utilizing data to guide instructional modifications and interventions.
- Engage in regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student achievements, objectives, and support strategies.
