SALES FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies effectively to customers.
- Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Be attentive to customer needs and tailor approaches accordingly.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and follow up consistently.
- Adapt personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store performance.

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure daily tasks are completed without compromising service quality or brand standards.
- Maintain store organization, including sales floor, backroom, and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
- Support inventory processes by managing stock and maintaining organizational standards.
- Assist at the cash wrap as needed to process transactions efficiently.
- Prepare the store by organizing functional areas and maintaining cleanliness.
