This position will report directly to the Outpost Pastor and collaborate closely with the Creative Arts Pastor, as well as the Worship and Production teams. This is a full-time opportunity.

Your Profile:

  • Deeply committed to fostering connections between individuals, God, and the mission of the church.
  • Demonstrating a vibrant and evolving relationship with God, with a focus on daily prayer for the community.
  • Aiming to expand the reach of the church and bring more individuals into the faith.
  • Ready to contribute to the success of the team in any way necessary.
  • Eager to explore and implement new methods and systems for worship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading worship services at One Church outposts and participating in online service recordings.
  • Overseeing and mentoring volunteers involved in the worship ministry.
  • Collaborating with outpost staff on specific events and initiatives.
  • Coordinating various ministry tools and resources for volunteer use.
  • Creating original music and engaging in collaborative songwriting efforts.
  • Participating in projects and initiatives as directed by the Creative Arts Pastor.
  • Developing leadership skills in residents participating in the ministry residency program.

Your Qualifications:

  • A strong spiritual foundation, characterized by a commitment to outreach and service.
  • Alignment with the core values and beliefs of One Church.
  • A diverse appreciation for various worship styles and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leading worship music.
  • Proficiency in playing a musical instrument is preferred.
  • Experience in directing musicians and vocalists.
  • Capability to lead and nurture volunteers.
