Job Description:

Patient Care

  • Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process, prioritizing individualized attention and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for adult patients with acute psychiatric needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Organize and coordinate care delivery, delegating tasks as necessary and communicating effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion of required documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in psychiatric nursing, with experience in acute care settings.
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload expectations.
