Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ICU travel nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher
  • Greater than 1 year of nursing experience in ICU
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay: up to $70/hour
  • 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
  • Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
