Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical team during interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the procedure room, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Support the medical team during procedures, maintaining a sterile technique and adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and administer medications within the scope of your practice and state regulations.
  • Perform patient transfers and positioning, as well as transport patients to and from the procedure room.
  • Assist with the maintenance of environmental integrity and aesthetics, ensuring all areas are clean, sanitary, and safe.
  • Participate in all facility regulatory and accreditation surveys, and assist with implementing action plans to address any deficiencies identified.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Surgical Technologist Certification as required by state regulation
  • All appropriate state licensure, and or certification education and training (if any) required
  • 2 years' related experience
  • Previous patient care experience preferred
