Job Responsibilities

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
  • Following and adhering to resident care plans.
  • Measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
  • Observing resident conditions and reporting concerns to the nursing team.
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean, and changing linens.
  • Communicating with medical staff and residents, and serving as a conduit between the two.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Florida CNA certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
