Job Summary

Gravity Haus Inc is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality of service.

About the Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty drinks and coffee.
  • Act as an ambassador for Gravity Haus, promoting our mission and values to guests and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of barista experience, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.

  • A competitive salary range of $17.00-$19.00, plus tips.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
