The esteemed Auro Hotels is in search of dedicated Room Attendants to join our vibrant team. The primary objective of the Room Attendant is to uphold the hotel's reputation by ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest accommodations.
  2. Support team members by assisting with tasks upon completion of personal duties.
  3. Utilize cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and effectively.
  4. Ensure proper placement of guest amenities, including toiletries and informational materials.
  5. Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
  6. Understand and implement emergency procedures and loss prevention strategies.
  7. Handle linens by sorting, counting, and transporting them as needed.
  8. Prepare beds with clean linens and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
  9. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
  10. Manage furniture arrangements and maintain the aesthetic of the hotel.
  11. Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  12. Conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms, including floors and fixtures.
  13. Perform cleaning duties in public areas as requested.
  14. Maintain cleanliness of carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
  15. Wash and sanitize walls, windows, and other surfaces.
  16. Restock linen rooms as necessary.
  17. Ensure outdoor areas are clean and free of debris.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized hotel brand is preferred. A High School Diploma is also preferred.
