Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across distributors and major accounts in the industrial sector.

About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target territory growth across distributors and major accounts
  • Prospect into new accounts and onboard new customers
  • Develop, manage, and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
  • Identify and develop relationships with dealers and distributors to grow your territory
  • Conduct sales calls (onsite and virtual) with new accounts
  • Track prospects and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to facilitate sales
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for direct sales and through channel partners

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, or related area of study
  • 3+ years selling into the industrial, OEM, or manufacturing sectors
  • Previous experience selling direct to major accounts
  • Proven experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels, and territories
  • Experience tracking sales activities in CRM system

Our compensation package includes a 50/50 plan, with a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 and double OTE.
