Join our team at International Staff Consulting as a Medical Equipment Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of advanced medical laboratory devices, including hematology, chemistry, and coagulation analyzers.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate with the Field Support Group to address and resolve technical issues.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of tools and spare parts in your service vehicle.
- Training: Provide basic on-site training for clients on the operation of our equipment.
- A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel overnight as required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service role.
- Experience with medical laboratory analyzers or similar medical devices is advantageous.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
- Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, with potential for additional earnings through overtime, installation bonuses, and performance bonuses.
