Job Summary:
The University of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Technician to join our team. As a Nursing Care Technician, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support the nursing staff.

About the Job:
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the nursing team. You will be responsible for obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy, documenting patient information, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ordering and stocking supplies, and providing general support to the nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
* Obtain vital signs and perform phlebotomy as required
* Document patient information accurately and efficiently
* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Order and stock supplies as needed
* Provide general support to the nursing staff as required

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
