We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Collective Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain complete medical histories from patients and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Perform physical examinations, including pelvic exams if required, and order routine and diagnostic lab and x-ray studies.
- Formulate working diagnoses for acute and chronic illnesses based on clinical findings, laboratory and x-ray reports, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Initiate and monitor patient management plans, referring patients requiring hospitalization or specialist care as necessary.
- Render emergency care and treatment, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation and starting IV fluids and medications.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, complying with state and federal regulations and our client's procedures and standards.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- At least 3 years' experience as a nurse practitioner, with pediatric experience.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Texas license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board.
