Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier & Front End Services team member to join our team at Walmart. As a Cashier & Front End Services representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
