We are seeking a talented Automotive Upholstery Specialist to join our team at Seeds of Creation. As a leader in custom upholstery design and restoration for over 50 years, we specialize in luxury and custom interiors for aircraft, automotive, marine, and furniture projects.

About the Job

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality interiors that meet our customers' luxury standards. You will work closely with our skilled team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Cut patterns, sew using industrial-grade machines, and manipulate various materials like leather, vinyl, and fabric.
  • Rebuild, repair, and install auto interiors and convertible tops, including seats, headliners, cushions, and more.
  • Create custom designs with precision and creativity.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, marine, or aviation upholstery (or equivalent technical training).
  • Expertise in hand and power tools, industrial sewing machines, and material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with pattern layout and stitching styles.
  • Experience with custom designs is a plus.
