Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock product in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
  • Ability to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program
