Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in various scheduling methodologies.
  • Maintain, update, and report on multiple project schedules effectively.
  • Utilize advanced scheduling software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan) for schedule creation, analytics, trend analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Advise and support the development of internal scheduling policies and manage project analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and collaborate across projects to gather critical information for schedule management.
  • Provide training to basic and intermediate schedulers on effective scheduling techniques and industry best practices.
  • Prepare expert-level analysis presentations based on program execution and present findings to senior management.
  • Support senior-level meetings, conduct scenario analyses, and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; advanced degrees or certifications may substitute for part of the experience requirement.
  • Over 10 years of direct experience in scheduling and planning, with advanced proficiency in scheduling tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze data, and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Language Proficiency: Capable of interpreting governmental regulations and drafting reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills: Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to practical scenarios.

Reasoning Ability: Skilled in problem-solving, data collection, and making informed business decisions.
