Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Clinical Management Consultants.

About the Role: As a Clinical Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing inpatient respiratory therapy care, as well as outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation and cardiac patient rehabilitation care. You will work closely with hospital leadership, fellow Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, and Providers to ensure appropriate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient respiratory therapy care, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions
• Collaborate with Providers to ensure accurate and effective patient care
• Mentor and train new Respiratory Therapy staff members
• Assist with managing inventory and ensuring department compliance with policies and procedures
