About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team as a Senior Delivery Principal. As the technical leader of complex projects, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction of the technical solution, collaborating with clients, and managing expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Shape solutions that meet business outcomes and provide designs for engineers on how to deliver programmatic elements of the implementation
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and features
- Lead technical design sessions, architect, and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, specifically with Salesforce
- Expertise in one or multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Financial, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development and configuration
- Understanding of systems architecture, scalability, performance, data modeling, DevOps, and security
- Familiarity with data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems
Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $258,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
