Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Cost Analyst to join our esteemed international tire manufacturing organization. With a legacy spanning over 75 years, our company boasts a vast global presence in sales and distribution across more than 100 countries. This role requires proficiency in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

The following duties are essential to the role, with additional tasks assigned as necessary:

  • Serve as the primary expert on CADIOS.
  • Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly discrepancies within CADIOS.
  • Collaborate with teams in Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for managing production costs; fluency in Japanese is essential.
  • Oversee and direct the Fixed Asset inventory process.
  • Assist departments in evaluating ROI on new initiatives and ensure verification upon project completion.
  • Engage actively in the annual budget planning process, developing budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Leadership Expectations

Exemplify effective execution of all responsibilities associated with this position.

Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management is required. Experience with SAP S4 HANA is preferred, along with CPA certification.
