Job Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to our BMW of Fairfax showroom. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line telephone system, routing calls to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the relevant department for assistance.
  • Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for all.
  • Maintain the conference room reservation schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Assist various departments with special projects, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Punctual with solid time-management skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Able to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
