Pizza Chef

As a key member of the Domino's Franchise team, the Pizza Chef plays a vital role in crafting our signature handmade products with precision and expertise. This position requires a high level of knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving food according to presentation standards and recipes, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
• Quality Control: Manage and ensure the quality of each step of the product life, particularly the production-line, to guarantee that every product meets our high standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment, if necessary, to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Shift Setup and Management: Successfully set up the kitchen for the next shift, including Opens and Closes, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

• Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication with team members and customers, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Recipe Execution and Food Safety: Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing, and delegation, with a strong understanding of safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation practices.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a passion for making great products 100% of the time.
• Age and Background Check: Must be 16 years of age or older to be considered and be able to pass a background check meeting or exceeding Domino's standards.
